Emerging Energy Leaders

Each year, the industry’s Emerging Energy Leaders program brings together high-potential leaders from EEI member companies for a year-long learning and networking experience. Through the program, participants deepen their understanding of key industry issues, gain exposure to industry best practices and emerging trends, enhance their leadership skills through targeted workshops and executive-led discussions, and build lasting professional relationships across the industry.
